Volunteers with an excavator building trails in spring

The club

We love what we do.

We’re passionate downhill and MTB enthusiasts who’ve set out to move the sport of downhill forward and to build a one-of-a-kind bike park on Brambrüesch, Chur’s local mountain.

The club was founded in 2009 by Silvio Bundi, in the wake of the Swiss Downhill Championships in Chur. Since then, our club has kept on growing. Right now it has 85 members. Besides shredding together, volunteer work is a big deal for us: in 2019 & 2020, our shape weekends and weekly shape evenings added up to a good 2000 hours of maintenance and new builds.

In our free time we spend countless hours on our trails, making them that little bit “better” every time. The days and evenings we spend together aren’t just valuable for the bike park, but for the community too. Good times bring people together – not only on the bike, but off the trails as well.

We love what we do – by riders, for riders!

What matters to us

Our “playground” is nature. That’s why treating nature sustainably matters to us. We spend a big chunk of our free time on the mountain, which gives us peace and a chance to recharge on top of the downhill fun. “Respect Your Playground” is the motto.

Creating a one-of-a-kind bike park and building a cool community is a true labour of love for us as passionate downhillers. We want to be a real asset to our region.
